1. Upholstered furniture will look great for a long time if you take proper care of it:

1.1. Furniture must be operated indoors under the following conditions: air temperature not lower than -10°C and not higher than +35°C, relative humidity from 45 to 70%;

1.2. Furniture must not be placed in damp rooms or near damp walls;

1.3. Furniture should be moved by lifting it slightly above the floor and not holding onto the upholstery, sideboard or cushions to avoid damaging the furniture;

1.4. Furniture must be no closer than 0,5-1 m from the heat source (depending on the type of heat source);

1.5. Do not place furniture in areas exposed to direct sunlight, as this will cause partial fading of the upholstery;

1.6. Do not sit on the backs and sides, do not overload the furniture - this may cause deformation of the product structure or fillings;

1.7. Do not throw objects with sharp edges onto furniture;

1.8. It is necessary to periodically check the screw and bolt connections used in the furniture structure and tighten them if necessary;

1.9. Intensive children's games (jumping) on ​​upholstered furniture quickly lose the performance properties of the product;

1.10. It is not recommended to assemble finished products from the same fabrics or leather, due to the possible incomplete coordination of upholstery and decor shades, which does not depend on the manufacturer;

1.11. If you have pets, remember that they can damage or stain your furniture.

2. Please read the following information carefully before use:

2.1. A new product may have a characteristic odor of the materials used in production, which disappears after a while;

2.2. During transportation of furniture, its soft parts may slightly lose their shape. After assembling the furniture, we recommend that you carefully stuff the soft backrest cushions (and chairs), as well as decorative pillows, to give them their original appearance. Repeat this procedure periodically during operation to maintain the shape and beautiful appearance of the furniture;

2.3. Furniture fabric tends to stretch after long-term use and acquires a more intense shine. Small local stains from constant sitting, wrinkling, and changes in the softness of the fillings may appear on the furniture, which is not a defect in the furniture during production;

2.4. Finishing materials (fabric, leather, artificial leather) in different parts of the product may differ in shades due to the peculiarities of the manufacturing process, color rendering under different light sources, specific pile properties, etc.

3. General recommendations for the care of upholstered furniture:

3.1. It is recommended to clean furniture with a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush, which will remove accumulated dust and prevent stains from appearing after wet treatment;

3.2. It is recommended to periodically clean the decorative parts of upholstered furniture made of wood and laminated chipboard with a dry, soft, clean sponge;

3.3. Do not use abrasive pastes and powders, as well as chemically aggressive liquids, to clean varnished surfaces;

3.4. Remember: it is better to remove fresh stains than a mark that has penetrated deep into the fabric structure;

3.5. Do not use cleaning products containing harsh chemicals, high concentrations of alcohol or petroleum-based solvents;

3.6. Do not use bleach;

3.7. Do not use abrasive or scouring tools for cleaning;

3.8. Do not use different cleaning products at the same time;

3.9. Always read the instructions for any furniture care product carefully before use.

Product acceptance rules

Please carefully inspect the product, pay attention to the packaging, the quality of the appearance of the product, the operation of the transformation mechanisms. Please note that any damage noticed upon receipt of the product will deprive you of the right to further rely on it.

1. Permitted and not considered defects:

1.1. Wrinkles in the fabric caused by tension, which disappear by gently smoothing them out with your hands;

1.2. Folds on the fabric that occur due to the artistic design of the product;

1.3. Stretch marks on the surface of the product resulting from its use;

1.4. Slight difference in upholstery fabric and asymmetry in pattern and decor

1.5. Slight natural creaking of transformation mechanisms occurring during use.

The warranty period is 24 months.

The warranty period is 24 months, from the date of shipment of the goods (confirmed by receipt or shipping document) or from the date of registration on the website using the QR code.

The presence of documents confirming the shipment or registration on the website using the QR code confirms that the buyer has familiarized himself with the instructions on the rules for the operation and transformation of furniture and there are no complaints about the completeness, appearance and transformation of mechanisms of the purchased item.

Warranty conditions

1. Warranty service conditions:

1.1. Warranty service of furniture is carried out in accordance with the requirements and terms established by the legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights";

1.2. The manufacturer guarantees the free elimination of manufacturing defects caused by inadequate quality of raw materials or violation of production technology;

1.3. Warranty obligations include the repair or replacement (if repair is not possible) of defective parts, mechanisms or materials with manufacturing defects and related to warranty repairs or loading and unloading operations.

1.4. If the company does not have the materials necessary for the repair, its terms are extended until the time of delivery of the materials by the supplier, and the term is agreed with the Buyer.

2. Warranty repairs are not performed if:

2.1. Lack of product passport;

2.2. After the warranty period has expired;

2.3. the presence of mechanical defects not caused by the manufacturer;

2.4. The presence of cut, soiled, stretched or worn fabric or

any other damage;

2.5. Failure to comply with operating and storage rules.
