The furniture is intended for use only indoors, where the air temperature is between +15°C and +25°C, and the relative humidity is between 40–70%.
Avoid placing furniture near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces) or direct sunlight to prevent discoloration or deformation of materials.
Furniture should be placed on a flat, solid surface, avoiding damp or unstable floors.
2. Upholstered furniture and mattress care
Clean stains immediately using a clean, slightly damp cloth or special textile cleaning products.
Do not use chemical, chlorine or alcohol-based cleaners.
It is recommended to flip mattresses every 1-3 months (if the design allows it) to maintain their shape and comfort.
3. Hardwood furniture care by surface type
Natural wood and solid wood
Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth, drying immediately.
Do not use abrasive sponges or sharp objects.
Use coasters under cups and pots to avoid stains or scratches.
Avoid direct heat, use coasters for hot dishes.
HPL table tops
Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
Avoid direct heat and cutting on the surface; use cutting boards and hot pot coasters.
Ceramics and marble
Use neutral cleaners intended for stone surfaces.
Avoid acidic or alkaline products.
Marble is a natural stone with a porous structure, so it can absorb liquids (e.g. wine, coffee, acidic fruits, oil).
Even brief contact with stronger pigments or acids can leave stains or matt surface damage.
It is recommended to use coasters and protective equipment, especially in eating areas or where cosmetic/liquid products are used.
Always wipe up spilled liquids immediately with a soft damp cloth - prolonged contact with liquid may cause irreversible surface damage.
It is recommended to periodically impregnate the marble surface with special products to reduce its absorbency.
4. General recommendations for use
Do not overload shelves, drawers or countertops; distribute the weight evenly.
Do not jump, sit or climb on furniture, especially on armrests or backs.
Check the fittings and tighten them regularly to ensure the stability of the furniture.
Move furniture by lifting it, not pushing it, to avoid damaging the floor or furniture.
5. Furniture measurement deviation
All furniture dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing specifications or the properties of the materials used.
The permissible deviation in product measurements is up to ±2 cm for upholstered furniture and up to ±1 cm for hard furniture.
The dimensions of upholstered furniture can be affected by upholstery tension, sewing technology, foam elasticity, and conditions of use.
The dimensions of wooden, HPL, ceramic or marble surfaces may vary slightly due to temperature, humidity and material expansion or contraction.
6. Chair maintenance and operating rules
General recommendations for use:
Chairs are designed to seat one adult, without exceeding the permissible load (usually up to 120–150 kg, depending on the design).
It is prohibited to stand, jump, or use the chair as a ladder or support for other objects.
For indoor use only - the chairs are not resistant to atmospheric influences (humidity, temperature fluctuations, UV rays).
Care by materials:
Upholstered chairs/cushioned chairs:
Only use cleaning products suitable for fabrics or leather – avoid harsh chemicals or wet methods.
If the chairs have removable seat cushions, air them out, shake them out, or turn them over regularly to ensure even wear.
Wood or veneer details:
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth, then dry immediately.
Avoid prolonged contact with liquids or direct sunlight to prevent color or shape changes.
Metal legs/frames:
Clean with a dry or damp soft cloth. If necessary, use neutral, solvent-free cleaners.
Check fasteners regularly – tighten any loose screws or hardware.
Floor protection:
It is recommended to use furniture protectors on the legs, especially if the floor is wooden, parquet or another sensitive surface.
Avoid pushing chairs on carpets or uneven surfaces - this can damage both the floor and the chair structure.
7. Furniture seams and finishing features
Upholstered furniture is made manually or semi-automatically, so seams, stitching, and joints may vary slightly - this is not considered a defect.
Minor differences in symmetry or tension in the seams (up to ±5 mm) are part of the manufacturing process and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
Stretching or wrinkling of the material or seams may be visible in certain areas (corners, bends) – this is natural when using elastic fabrics or leather.
When using natural or eco-leather, the color tone or texture may change in the seam areas - this is typical of this type of material and is not considered a defect.
In the case of solid furniture, the visibility of connecting elements (screws) in certain places is a structural necessity and does not affect the aesthetic value or quality of the furniture.
8. Fabric color and shade characteristics
The colors of furniture fabrics in reality may differ slightly from those shown in the photos due to lighting, camera settings, screen resolution, or color calibration.
The shade of the fabric may vary slightly even between batches of the same color, especially if additional orders are made after a longer period of time.
The surface of fabrics can change shade when viewed from different angles or under different lighting - this is especially true for velour, plush, microfiber, and other reflective fabrics.
In the case of natural materials, slight color unevenness or uneven texture is allowed, which is characteristic of naturalness and is not a manufacturing defect.
9. Warranty and conditions
Guarantee period
Products are guaranteed for 12–24 months, depending on the furniture category and manufacturer's specifications.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery or collection of the goods.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects caused by improper construction.
Net guarantee, you say:
The furniture was used for purposes other than its intended purpose (e.g., outdoors, for public use, for intensive loads, unless otherwise intended by the manufacturer).
Mechanical damage caused by careless transportation, installation, handling or operation (e.g. scratches, cracks, dents, burns, liquid absorption) is detected.
The furniture has been modified, altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
Damages have occurred due to improper care (e.g. use of aggressive cleaning agents, excessive humidity, heat, sun, unauthorized cleaning method).
Natural aging of materials: wear and tear of fabric, leather or foam, natural discoloration of wood, uneven texture, which is not a defect.
Warranty service
During the warranty period, the defect is repaired within a reasonable period agreed with the customer.
The following solutions may be applied: repair, part replacement or replacement of the product, depending on the nature of the defect.
Claims procedure
Upon receipt or self-collection of the goods, the Buyer must immediately check their quality, and if any defects and/or damages are noticed, immediately inform the salon staff. Claims regarding the quality of the goods are not accepted after 1-2 days after receipt of the goods.
The claim must be submitted in writing, indicating the name of the product, date of purchase, nature of the defect, attaching photos and sending proof of purchase.
The manufacturer/seller has the right to assess the origin of the defect before applying warranty measures.
