Payment procedure for goods
This payment procedure is part of the Frankof.lt furniture store purchase terms and conditions. It specifies the possible payment methods and conditions applicable to the purchase of goods.
When ordering furniture, a 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining 50% paid before picking up the furniture.
Furniture with selected fabric is made only to order, so there is no possibility of returning high-quality furniture.

Electronic banking via the KLIX system
In our e-store you can pay in a newer and safer way – KLIX:
– By card (KLIX Pay by Card): pay with VISA or Mastercard cards. When paying for the first time, you can choose to save your card details in the KLIX app. The KLIX card payment system complies with PCI DSS data security standards.
– From a bank account: a fast payment method that allows you to securely confirm the payment by connecting to your bank.
– Pay in installments (KLIX Pay Later): the opportunity to purchase goods in installments by concluding a loan agreement remotely. Financing is available from 70 to 7000 EUR, with or without a down payment. The buyer immediately becomes the owner of the goods.

Cash payment at the manufacturer's physical showroom

Payment by bank card in a physical salon
All major payment cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.).
Mobile payment
Contactless payment solutions are available - Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, etc.
Additional information:
– The order will only be processed after successful payment or upon receipt of advance payment confirmation.
– If payment via KLIX Pay Later is selected, the buyer undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of the loan provider.
– The seller reserves the right not to confirm the order if payment is not made within the specified time.
Delivery rates:
- Kaunas city and Kaunas district – 50 EUR;
- Vilnius city and Vilnius district – 60 EUR;
- The rest of Lithuania (except the Curonian Spit) – 70 EUR;
- Curonian Spit – 140 EUR.
Prices for delivery and collection services throughout Lithuania:
- first floor – 20 EUR;
- each additional floor – +5 Eur.
- Collection service prices:
- assembling a soft corner or sofa – 36 Eur
- assembling bedroom beds – 70 Eur.
- The price of the package removal service is 20 EUR.
